1. Scope

This Policy applies to orders placed on https://theinovacril.com/.

2. Delivery destinations

INOVACRIL delivers within Portugal, including mainland Portugal, the Autonomous Region of Madeira and the Autonomous Region of the Azores.

At present, the online store does not ship outside Portugal. Customers from other countries may contact us at comercial@inovacril.pt to assess a shipping solution and corresponding quote.

The delivery options available for each order are shown at checkout, depending on the destination and total weight.

3. Timeframes

The timeframe applicable to each order is shown during the purchase process and confirmed in the order confirmation communication.

Timeframes are always divided into two phases:

• Preparation or production, which corresponds to the time needed to prepare in-stock items or produce made-to-measure items;
• Transport, which corresponds to the carrier's transit time to the address provided.

Items produced according to customer specifications have their own production timeframe, communicated before the order is confirmed.

Without prejudice to a different period expressly agreed, and under the legislation applicable to distance contracts, delivery is made without undue delay and within a maximum of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are always shown to the customer before the order is completed, at checkout, calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination.

As of the last update of this page, the following conditions apply to deliveries within Portugal:

The amounts shown may be updated. The amount shown at checkout before completing the purchase always prevails.

5. Carriers

Deliveries are made through a carrier contracted by INOVACRIL.

Where applicable, shipment tracking details are provided to the customer.

6. Large or made-to-measure products

Some items, due to their size or weight, require special transport, reinforced packaging, palletisation or a logistics quote.

Orders with a total weight over 5 kg do not have automatic shipping in the online store. In these cases, two alternatives are available:

• Free collection at INOVACRIL's premises, selectable at checkout;
• Custom shipping quote, by contacting comercial@inovacril.pt or +351 261 780 200, stating the desired items and delivery address.

In these cases, the logistics arrangement and its cost are always communicated to the customer before they are bound by the order.

7. Address and receipt

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address.

If delivery requires presence, special unloading, lifting equipment or restricted access, these requirements should be agreed in advance where relevant.

8. Delays

In the event of a foreseeable delay, INOVACRIL will inform the customer and apply the rights provided for by law.

Nothing in this Policy limits the consumer's rights in the event of failure to meet the delivery deadline.

9. Transport damage

The customer should check the external condition of the packaging whenever possible. Any visible damage should be recorded with the carrier and reported to INOVACRIL promptly.

This recommendation does not reduce or eliminate the consumer's legal rights regarding conformity of the goods.

10. Collection

Free collection at INOVACRIL's premises is available, selectable at checkout as a delivery method:
