1. Seller identification

The seller is INOVACRIL - ACRYLIC CONCEPT, LDA, Tax ID 502 590 289, with registered office at Estrada Nacional 9-2, Pavilhão Industrial n.º 10, Pero Negro, 2590-425 Sobral de Monte Agraço, Portugal.

2. Scope

The store sells products in acrylic and other materials, including standard products and, in certain cases, solutions produced or adapted according to customer specifications.

These Terms apply to consumers and, with the necessary adaptations, to business customers. Mandatory consumer protection rules always prevail where applicable.

3. Product information

INOVACRIL seeks to present descriptions, images, dimensions, variants, materials and prices accurately.

There may be slight variations in colour, transparency or finish resulting from screen display or the characteristics of the materials, without prejudice to the consumer's legal rights in the event of non-conformity.

Where a product is manufactured according to customer specifications or is clearly customised, this must be indicated before the purchase is completed.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. It must be clearly indicated whether they include VAT at the applicable legal rate.

Delivery costs, where applicable, must be shown before the order is completed.

In price-reduction campaigns, the store will comply with the legal rules applicable to showing the prior price.

5. Order

The presentation of products on the website constitutes an invitation to place an order.

The customer must review the products, quantities, variants, address, total price, shipping costs and payment methods before completing the purchase.

The order becomes binding under the terms communicated during checkout and after its confirmation, without prejudice to cases of manifest error, unavailability or legally recognised impossibility of performance.

The final purchase button must clearly indicate that the order implies an obligation to pay.

6. Payment

The payment methods actually available are shown at checkout, before the order is completed.

INOVACRIL does not state payment methods that are not available. In case of doubt, what is shown at checkout always prevails.

7. Invoicing

8. Availability

The availability shown on the website may change. In the event of unavailability after the order is placed, the customer will be informed and the legally appropriate solutions will be applied, including a refund where due.

9. Delivery

Delivery conditions are set out in the Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Geographic restrictions and delivery methods must be stated before the purchase is completed.

10. Right of withdrawal

Where the customer is a consumer and the law permits it, they have 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to state a reason.

The time limit and method of exercising this right are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy and in the Withdrawal Form.

Exception for customised goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly customised, in the cases provided for by law.

This exception will only apply where the specific characteristics of the order meet the legal requirements. The mere choice between standard variants should not automatically be treated as legal customisation.

11. Warranty and conformity

INOVACRIL is liable for non-conformities under Decree-Law No. 84/2021 and other applicable legislation.

For new movable goods sold to consumers, legal liability for non-conformity generally applies within the applicable legal period, currently three years, without prejudice to the specific conditions and rules provided for by law.

In the event of non-conformity, the consumer may be entitled to have conformity restored through repair or replacement and, under the legal conditions, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

12. Professional/B2B use

In relationships exclusively between businesses or professionals, specific conditions may apply regarding quotes, projects, technical tolerances, design approval, prototypes, deadlines, intellectual property, installation and payment.

Such conditions must be accepted before execution and do not prejudice mandatory rights where the buyer is a consumer.

13. Intellectual property

The website's content, including text, images, drawings, trademarks, graphic elements and other materials, is protected under the law and may not be used without authorisation where such authorisation is required.

14. Content submitted by the customer

When the customer submits files, drawings, logos, images or specifications for customisation, they declare that they hold the rights and authorisations necessary for their use.

The customer must not submit unlawful content, content that infringes third-party rights, or inappropriate content.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be legally excluded.

INOVACRIL is not liable for temporary unavailability of the website caused by maintenance, third-party failures or events beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to applicable legal obligations.

16. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy.

17. Complaints and ADR

Consumers may submit complaints through INOVACRIL's channels and the Electronic Complaints Book.

The former European ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and should not be presented as an active channel.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules and applicable jurisdiction rules.

19. Changes

INOVACRIL may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. The version applicable to each purchase will be the one available at the relevant time, without prejudice to acquired rights.
